This role involves preparing purchase orders, communicating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of procurement procedures. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process purchase orders for materials and supplies. Research and communicate with suppliers to obtain product details and pricing. Assist in negotiating terms and pricing with vendors under supervision. Maintain procurement records, including pricing, delivery, and inventory data. Provide general administrative support to the procurement team. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods. Help resolve issues related to order discrepancies or delays. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2?4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related administrative role. Familiarity with procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Work Environment: This position requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
