Weekly Pay! $29.82/Hour Shift Details: 1st shift Working Days: Monday - Friday Day Starts at: 7:00AM Day Ends at: 4:00PM DESCRIPTION: Position Summary: The Facility Supply Chain Implementation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of supply room updates and nursing satisfaction initiatives across the facility. This role ensures that supply areas are optimized for efficiency, accessibility, and compliance, while also gathering feedback and collaborating with nursing staff to enhance supply-related workflows and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement supply room layout updates and inventory optimization projects. Collaborate with nursing teams to identify supply-related pain points and propose actionable solutions. Monitor and track nursing satisfaction related to supply availability and accessibility. Assist in maintaining accurate Min or Max levels for storeroom and unit-based supply areas. Support the rollout of new supply chain initiatives and tools. Conduct regular walkthroughs of supply areas to ensure organization, cleanliness, and compliance. Maintain effective communication with nursing staff, supply chain team members, and leadership. Participate in quality improvement efforts related to supply chain operations. Attend required training and in-service sessions related to safety, compliance, and process improvement. Perform other duties as assigned. Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Associate or bachelor?s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field Experience: One year of experience in supply chain, materials management, or healthcare operations preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to build collaborative relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence Basic understanding of inventory management principles Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems Physical Demands: Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching \Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push or pull carts as needed Occasional exposure to hospital environmental conditions |
