$26.39/Hour
Shift: 7am-4pm or 8-5pm (Night shift occasionally- depending on what is needed. Night Shift typically starts at 6:30pm EST )
Temp to perm potential.

Day to Day:
Looking for a contractor that adapts quickly, has a flexible schedule to support night shift when needed. Manage conflict resolutions and be an active listener. The contractor will be build relationships with employees and teams. The HR Generalist will connecting employees to the correct department. HR Generalist will be part of performance evaluation, employee engagement activities, and investigations. The HR Generalist will support employees and support them with benefits and payroll.

Must Have:
. Open Communication
. 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist

Make an Impact By...
. Assist Production supervisors with hourly employee development and performance issues and provides direction to production supervisors on preparing and submitting for weekly payroll processing.
. Complete general case management, including case review and audit for accurate classification and processing, guaranteeing adherence and the company protocols.
. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase efficiency and retention and promote key moments, achievements, and events with employees
. Create ongoing energizing initiatives such as digital boards, recognition programs, and other creative methods/tools.
. Provide and maintain communication systems for employees through bulletin boards, publications, written memos, and meetings to maintain accurate information sources.
. Assist hourly production employees with inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, schedules, and working conditions as well as interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
. Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.


2+ years of experience

Education/Experience Required: High School Diploma. Bachelors Preferred.
