The coordinator will be tasked with sorting a variety of records, operating scanners to digitize documents, and uploading these images into a database. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, as the coordinator will need to ensure that all scanned documents are readable and correctly named according to the established filing system. The coordinator will also need to ensure the correct values are captured for the index fields. The role also involves physically retrieving and relocating records from various storage locations, such as cages, shelves, and file cabinets, to facilitate the scanning process. The clerk will perform quality reviews of the scanned documents and manage their workload effectively, providing summary reports to management as necessary. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of adapting to changing work requirements. This role is crucial in ensuring that the documentation process is efficient and that all records are accurately maintained in the company's electronic systems.
