Weekly Pay! $23.64/Hour Shift Details: 1st shift Day Starts at: 9:00AM Day Ends at: 5:00PM DESCRIPTION: Responsible for: Coordinating and managing customer-facing MRC and project billing operations and deployment logistics processes to ensure efficient and accurate handling of customer orders, shipments, and invoicing. Auditing contractor and vendor-facing invoices, push back on over-charges and paying invoices on time. Critical to this role is the ability to coordinate multiple, concurrent network installation projects ensuring that installers, customers, gear and sundries are in place and on time. This role requires strong relationship and organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and an over developed sense of telling people what to do. Key Responsibilities Billing Operations: Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timely. Verify billing information and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain billing records and documentation. Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoicing and payment issues. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper revenue recognition. Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance billing accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Logistics Coordination: Coordinate shipments and deliveries to meet customer requirements. Track and monitor shipping schedules and delivery timelines. Communicate with carriers and suppliers to facilitate smooth logistics operations. Coordinate, verify and manage schedules for employees, vendor, customers and property owners Implement process enhancements based on findings. Contractor and Vendor Management: Audit and pay contractor and vendor invoices accurately and timely. Verify charges and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain payment records and documentation. Respond to contractor and vendors inquiries regarding payment issues. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper cost accounting. Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance payment accuracy, efficiency, and contractor or vendor satisfaction Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration (or comparable years of relevant experience), Logistics, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in billing and logistics roles. Proficiency in billing software and logistics management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Outgoing personality with an ability to get things done pleasantly, if possible, but done regardless This position operates in an office setting or remote. The Billing and Logistics Specialist should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be highly self-directed and accountable to the team mission Years of Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience, professionally experienced. Must Have: Billing and Invoicing Deployment and Coordination Good to Have: SAP experience |
