Job Description:
JobsRUs.com is seeking a qualified Customer Account Specialist for our client in Miami, FL. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing excellent service and support through effective communication and prioritization. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and managing all customer-facing activities including P.O. reviews, bookings, RMA?s, credits, reports, follow-ups, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
? Manage Aftermarket customer accounts, including quoting, repair-order review, bookings, credits, returns, and reports.
? Collaborate with teams such as Supply-Chain, Operations, Quality, and Trade Compliance to meet customer requirements.
? Participate in process improvement initiatives and maintain documented Standard Work.
? Provide consistent follow-up and manage customer relationships effectively.

Required Qualifications:
? 2+ years of experience in MRO, customer service, inside sales, aerospace or aviation aftermarket, or a related field.
? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
? Proven experience in customer account management and related processes.

Additional Requirements:
? Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
? Ability to collaborate across departments to meet customer and company goals.
? Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
