Financial background NICE TO HAVE SKILLSETS: Ability to quickly shift priorities and meet deadlines within a changing, fast-paced environment Experience with SAP/Excel/Salesforce Self-Motivated and solutions driven Customer service experience ADDITIONAL NOTES: This role will be assisting the team with a large business priority project which includes validating 4k+ lines of data within 3-4 systems, then will move into a role of customer service to assist with the change in invoicing and processing contracts and billing needs. Evet - migrating their billing system into Client billing system Large project is actively happening from now until the end of the year. Processing contracts Customer facing billing questions and request. High volume inboxes Strong attention to detail Familiar with processing contracts Triage items that are priority Ambiguity - teams grows and changes rapidly financial background preferred Some SAP would be helpful What are they doing with the contracts? Validating contracts Creating invoices from the contracts Accurate customer billing Processing contracts from sales into the product Extended Hours: project work, sometimes end of month or end of quarter, but will have notice In This Role You Will: Gather, analyze and report on data. Identify, evaluate and implement system, process or procedure improvement opportunities. Analyze, develop and implement process changes to provide improvement in work flow, operational procedures and other related business areas. Participate in projects to implement initiatives; identify project opportunities; generate ideas and solutions. Communicate with related areas to coordinate work. Potentially lead work activities of others, coordinate daily activities and provide training, coaching and guidance. What You Need to Succeed: Data gathering and analytical ability Process improvement skills Excellent interpersonal skills. Project management ability. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both individually and as a team player. PC skills, including Microsoft Office. You meet the physical requirements that go with working as a Customer Support Specialist ? Extensive sitting, phone and computer use. Capable of standing continuously for up to 2 hours. Extend and reach with hands and arms and use hands and fingers. Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crouch. May be required to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Hearing acuity sufficient to effectively communicate with customers and Employees via telephone and in person. Ability to communicate verbally on phone and in person. Fluency in the English language. Extended hours may be required. |
