Technical Training REQUIRED: Experience with traffic management or project management of creative requests OR Experience with creative production or marketing, but they want to go into more of a supportive role working with data or project management of creative requests.

REQUIRED: Past experience working for a creative agency, printshop or internal creative/marketing department
HIGHLY PREFERRED: Actual working experience with Workfront or other creative project management system (Asana, Wrike, etc.)
real work experience, not just viewing training videos
PREFERRED: someone who is tech savvy and picks up new software easily
PREFERRED: someone who is very organized and has a passion for data and analytics

As part of the Marketing Services Organization (MSO) the Client Services Specialist II will be focused on creative project intake and workflow management, using Adobe Workfront, to deliver on efficient and optimized shared services operations. This position will be responsible for facilitating marketing shared services at scale by coordinating the daily operations of a moderate scope of work. This is a support role for the Marketing Services Operations Manager.
This individual possesses a high level of sophistication when managing clients and daily activities. The person in this role will own communication with stakeholders for all incoming work requests within their assigned region to ensure client needs are matched with the proper service offering.
Monitors new incoming creative requests through Adobe Workfront and reviews for accuracy before assigning work to the correct team
Assists design team leads with assigning work, allocating resources, and managing capacity within Adobe Workfront and other project management platforms
Serves as a primary point of contact for a group of marketing requesters throughout the work lifecycle to provide proactive updates to stakeholders
Independently handles client-facing communication to provide excellent customer service to stakeholders
Assists in driving operational excellence through partnership and collaboration across various high functioning teams
Ensures efficient routing of requests across the MSO spectrum to ensure adherence to SLAs
Collaborates with other members of the traffic team to build intake forms, project templates, and workflows within Adobe Workfront and other project management platforms

OTHER/SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Required licenses, certificates, specific skills, personal traits, e.g., RN, CPA, able to type 90 wpm, detail orientation.)

Adobe Workfront experience preferred
Proven client support experience, customer-oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
Ability to develop partnerships and be seen as trusted partner and resource with clients across internal and external stakeholders, offering consultation, solution-building and strategic support
Exhibits solid written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all clients and stakeholders throughout organization
Collaborative with some experience working within complex, matrixed organizations
Solid analytical skills and deadline driven, with ability to ensure quality while delivering on deadline and at pace
Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail with the ability to oversee the management of projects and requests in a fast-paced environment
Track record of learning and applying new technologies quickly
Experience communicating technical concepts to non-tech-savvy end users
Assists in identifying ways to work more efficiently/effectively and improve operational processes
Successful history of balancing priorities simultaneously, while working under tight time constraints and meeting deadlines
Approaches project and customer challenges with respect, optimism, creativity, a collaborative spirit, an intentional mindset, and ingenuity
Willing to jump in wherever assistance is needed, no task is too small
