Job Description:

Position: Financial Manager

Location: Camden, NJ

Salary: $56.39/Hour (Weekly Pay)

Hours: Regular 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

Generate and interpret financial reports, advising on future actions.
Provide guidance on investment activities and risk minimization strategies.
Maintain organizational financial health by analyzing costs, sales, and performance against plans.
Forecast financial trends and firm projections.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and conduct evaluations accordingly.
Supervise finance department operations, set objectives, and establish goal-oriented frameworks.
Manage company budget preparation and liaise with auditors for financial oversight.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
Proficiency in statutory legislation and regulations necessary.
Preferred professional qualifications: CFA/CPA or similar.

Specific Duties:

Oversee IT financial management, ensuring proper budget management and reporting.
Enhance budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
Collaborate with IT Leadership for informed investment decisions through data-driven analysis.
Foster relationships with the Finance Team and ensure compliance with Corporate Finance policies.
Ability to discuss financial accounting policies, practices, tools, and techniques with finance teams, tailored to IT processes.
Influence IT leaders by applying financial expertise.
Prepare monthly capital and expense projections, providing variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support capital and operational spend.
Assist in creating business cases for financial investments.
Establish processes for tracking project benefits and implementing chargeback systems.
Lead month-end processes, ensuring accurate accruals and reclassifications.
Experience in managing and analyzing cloud costs for spend optimization.
Implement cost optimization actions across various cloud services.
Requirements:

Experience in financial management and analysis.
Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with IT financial operations and cloud cost management.
