Weekly Pay! $26.00/Hour Shift Details 7-3:30 M-F Purpose of the position: To support and assist compliance activities at ANH Premix Blend Plants in accordance with ANH Quality & Operational Excellence Standards, Corporate Client Requirements, FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act in United States), and Customer Specific Requirements. Position content Key areas of accountability/responsibility Performs raw material identification and retain management with minimal supervision. Maintains lab and NIR equipment. Performs the release of raw materials and finished goods within SAP and the approval process Investigation of batch deviations under guidance of senior staff Maintains good documentation practices Support the fulfillment of corporate directives and management requirements as set out by Global ANH at the local level to ensure sustainability of site compliance. Participates in Client Integrated Continuous Improvement including site meetings, Gemba walks, and Kaizens Support of site activities to ensure that customer specific requirements are met, documented and handled efficiently and effectively. Support for the training initiatives of the site Support Plant Management for annual activities as required SHE Duties & Responsibilities: Display and promote positive safety behaviors at all times; use proper personal protective equipment, appropriate safety tools, equipment and procedures to ensure that self and others go home safe each day; that area and equipment operate at the highest safety levels; that all people in the area (lab techs, quality personnel, maintenance, visitors, contractors, etc.) comply with the safety directives and keep the area neat and clean. Ensures incidents are investigated, reported, and risks are assessed in a timely basis. Acts in such a way that safety awareness & accident prevention are considered in performing all tasks Shows leadership by working to SHEQ standards and encouraging colleagues to work to the same standards. All employees to be aware of and follow all Client Life Saving Rules. Knowledge and educational level Agribusiness or Chemistry or Biology or Engineering or Feed/Food Technology qualifications. Bachelor?s degree preferred. Intimate knowledge of quality systems, preferably within DNP or feed/food industry. Knowledge in powder technology, premix or feed compounding preferred. Ability to document effectively and efficiently. Good communicator with good presentation skills. Required level of experience: 0-5 years of industry experience Experience in Microsoft Office (outlook, word, and excel) |
