Student Career Program(SOP)

Our Student Career Program offers college graduates an opportunity to develop their career path while earning income, gaining valuable experience and adding skills and experience to their personal resume.

The students begin their career path experience with Centralized Recruiting department as a junior recruiter. They go through training and development on the art of recruitment and have the opportunity to support our portfolio of clients across multiple industries throughout the US.

Each student has access to senior recruiters as well as our Directors of Recruiting to gain valuable insight, techniques and protocol as they develop their recruiting skills and provide opportunities for our contingent workforce.

The program is extended to include access to our account managers, operations team, payroll team, sales and marketing, our executive team as well as our clients.

Through this program they gain valuable business skills and knowledge to provide excellent service for our clients and add to their career development as they prepare for the future.
